Map
【Scroll Map】
Scrolls the map without changing the player's position. Can only be used on the map screen.
Direction
Specify the direction to scroll. Select from [Down], [Left], [Right], or [Up].
Distance
Specifies the distance to scroll. The unit is a tile (grid).
Speed
Specify the scrolling speed. Select from [1/8x], [1/4x], [1/2x], [standard speed], [2x], and [4x].
Wait until completion
Wait until scrolling is completed.
【Change the map name display】
Selects whether to display the map name when moving from one location to another.
Display Map Name
[ON] and [OFF]. [If "ON" is selected, the map name is displayed; if "OFF", it is not displayed.
【Change of battle background】
Temporarily changes the battle background associated with the map.
Combat Background 1
Specifies the image to be displayed in the lower portion of the battle background.
Image Selection | Select from images already imported. |
Import | Import new images. |
Combat Background 2
Specifies the image to be displayed in the upper portion of the battle background.
Image Selection | Select from images already imported. |
Import | Import new images. |
【Change Distant View】
Temporarily changes the distant view associated with the map.
Distant View
Specifies the far-field image.
Image Selection | Select from images already imported. |
Import | Import new images. |
Loop scroll horizontally
Circulates the distant view horizontally. Specify the speed in the range from -32 to +32.
Loop scroll vertically
Circulates the far view vertically. Specify the speed in the range from -32 to +32.
【Obtain information on a specified location】
Obtains information about a specific coordinate on the map.
By setting a terrain tag value (0-7) to tile data, you can get the terrain tag value of the tile data for the specified layer.
Variable
Selects a variable to store the acquired information.
Information Type
Specify the type of information to be acquired. Select from [Terrain Tag], [Event ID], [Tile ID], and [Region ID].
Layer specification
When [Terrain Tag][Tile ID] is selected as the information type, specify the layer. Select from [Layer A],[Layer B],[Layer C],[Layer D].
Location
Sets which location information is acquired.
direct address | Specify directly on the map displayed in the scene view. | |
designation | When you select the designation, the RPG scene preview will begin accepting applications. | |
designation end | After specifying the coordinates, select End Designation. | |
Specified by variable | The X and Y coordinates are specified by variables. | |
Specify by character | Specifies the current position of the character. Select from [Player][This Event] and the event list. |
